A Passion for Life - Talks from the D'Fly
Over the last two months a number of people met for a series of informal gatherings at the D'Fly restaurant in Cheltenham. Over drinks in the Buzz Venue they considered:
- Human Identity & Significance in a Lonely Universe: Who am I and why am I here?
- The Future of Our Planet: Climate change and all that - what on earth’s it got to do with me?
- Employment & Work: The daily grind - or something more?
- Sex, Marriage & The Family: Anything goes - or some moral absolutes?
- Suffering & Pain: Things ‘sent to try us - or a friend in disguise'?
- Death & Beyond: Six foot under - or pie-in-the-sky?
Andrew Dow (left) gave the talks which were followed by a time of open debate.
