How people can give:
1) Planned Giving
– Parish Giving Scheme (PGS)
The Church of England offers a Christian presence in every community, and by giving regularly, we enable the Church to survive and grow. The PGS helps us to best manage regular donations and is run as a partnership between dioceses.
Donations can be made monthly, quarterly or annually, and although they are made to the PGS, donations are restricted to our parish. The donation, including any Gift Aid, is passed back to our parish within ten days of collection. The scheme gives you the option to commit in principle, to increasing your gift in line with inflation, which potentially has a huge impact on the life and future of our church. The system is secure, confidential and easy to use.
The main beneficiary is our church, which is assured of a regular, tax-efficient source of income which has the capacity to increase with the cost of living, with virtually no administration costs, supporting our church today and for the future.
